• Volunteer event reminders and logistics

• Important updates or changes to event schedules

• Emergency notifications or urgent requests

• Thank-you messages and follow-ups

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

2. Privacy and Data Sharing
We will never sell or share your phone number with third parties. Your information is used only for the purposes of communication related to Kids Shop Charity activities.

3. Opting In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages by:

• Completing our volunteer registration form and checking the SMS opt-in box

• Responding YES to our confirmation text message sent by our verified number

• Providing verbal or written consent in accordance with applicable laws

4. Opting Out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any of our messages. Once you opt out:

• You will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

• You can still receive emails and other forms of communication if you have provided them.

To re-subscribe after opting out, you may reply START, or re-register using our volunteer sign-up form.


5. Compliance
Our SMS program is compliant with all relevant U.S. regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA Messaging Principles. Your consent is not a condition of any service or participation in our charity programs.
