✨ A Look Back at the Magic

Since 2017, our annual event has blossomed in heart, size, and spirit. What began as simple one-on-one shopping trips has grown into a joyful, full-day celebration  -  a place where dignity meets delight, and every child is reminded that they matter.

Each child is paired with a caring volunteer who walks beside them through budgeting lessons, choosing school essentials, and enjoying fun, memory-making activities. It’s a day filled with empowerment, confidence, and the kind of attention that leaves a lasting impression.

Children don’t just leave with backpacks and notebooks  -  they leave with a sense of pride, laughter, and the lasting memory of someone who saw them, believed in them, and showed up just for them.

​​Thanks to our incredible volunteers, generous sponsors, and dedicated community partners, we’ve been able to grow this event year after year. Together, we’re creating more than just a day of fun -  we’re creating ripples of kindness, confidence, and connection that carry into each child’s school year and beyond.
